Court of Appeals affirms dismissal in favor of Greene Espel client City of Red Wing

A recent decision by the Minnesota Court of Appeals in McCaughtry, et al. v. City of Red Wing unanimously affirmed a district court decision to dismiss a lawsuit filed against Greene Espel client the City of Red Wing. The suit challenged the constitutionality of the City’s rental-housing inspection program. The Court of Appeals’ decision brings the total to five judges who have agreed with the City’s argument that the Plaintiffs lacked standing to sue.
