Robin Wolpert practices in the fields of constitutional law, governmental liability, and white collar criminal defense. She represents municipalities in land use and First Amendment cases at both the district court and appellate level. Robin has an extensive pro bono practice and has recently been appointed to the 19th District Ethics Committee. She serves on the board of directors of the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota and the Parks and Trials Council of Minnesota.
