Greene Espel attorney Robin Wolpert co-authored an article with William Brinson and Randal Morrison in the January/February 2007 edition of Municipal Lawyer, published by the International Municipal Lawyers Association. The article provides municipalities with a set of best practices for drafting a sign ordinance to insulate municipal sign codes from constitutional attack. Robin was one of the Greene Espel attorneys who successfully defended the City of Eden Prairie's sign ordinance before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 2006.
