Professor John Baker begins Teaching Land Use
John Baker begins 2006 as an adjunct law professor at William Mitchell College of Law, teaching Land Use Management. John will continue to handle his full caseload at Greene Espel, serving now as both advocate and educator in the field he has tilled for over a decade. John's previous scholarship and advocacy have included numerous published articles in law reviews or legal periodicals, frequent CLE presentations in which he has taught city attorneys and administrators the nuances of land use law, and dozens of cases in state and federal court in which he has served as advisor and advocate on behalf of governmental clients.
