On Thursday, August 20, 2009, Andy Luger delivered the Final Report of the state-appointed Metro Gang Strike Force Review Panel’s investigation into allegations of misconduct involving Strike Force members. As co-chair of the panel with retired FBI agent John Egelhof, Andy presented a summary of the panel’s findings during a Thursday press conference at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
