Our offices are located in the North Tower of the U.S. Bank Plaza, situated in downtown Minneapolis between 5th and 6th Streets South, and 2nd and 3rd Avenues South. The building shares an intersection with the Hennepin County Government Center and historic Minneapolis City Hall, and is one block from the United States Courthouse.

From the South on 35W
To the garage beneath our building:
Take 494 West to 35W North. At the 35W and MN-65 (Downtown Exits) split, stay in the left lane to take the MN-65 Downtown Exits. Take 5th Avenue South to 3rd Street South and take a left.Turn left (South) on 3rd Avenue South. Take a right (West) onto 5th Street South. The U.S. Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.
From the East on I-94 West
To the garage beneath our building:
Take I-94 West to the 11th Street South exit. Continue on 11th Street South and take a right (North) onto 3rd Avenue South. Take a left (West) onto 5th Street South. The U.S. Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.
From the West on 394 East
To the garage beneath our building:
Take 394 East to the 6th Street South exit. Stay on 6th Street South heading East and take a left (North) onto 3rd Avenue South and another left (West) on 5th Street South. The U.S. Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.
From the West on 94 East
To the garage beneath our building:
Take I-94 East to the 4th Street South exit. Stay on 4th Street South heading East and take a right (South) on 3rd Avenue South and another right (West) on 5th Street South. The U.S. Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.
From the North on 35W
To the garage beneath our building:
Take 35W South to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right (West) onto Washington Avenue. Continue on Washington Avenue to 3rd Avenue South. Take a left (South) onto 3rd Avenue South. Take a right (West) onto 5th Street South. The U.S. Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.
Light Rail Option (Hiawatha Line)
Take any northbound train towards downtown Minneapolis. Exit the train at the Government Plaza station. The U.S. Bank Plaza will be located diagonally across the street from where you exit the train.
