Overview

An accomplished complex litigation paralegal, Shannon has more than 25 years of experience working in law firms and for an international corporation.

Her areas of experience include FLSA and employment, products liability, environmental regulatory/Superfund, product recalls, securities, contract, and shareholder litigation.  At Greene Espel, her work has expanded to include white collar criminal defense and FCPA investigations.

Shannon’s experience includes working closely with Information Technology and Records Management departments to revise and implement record retention policies, and then serving as an ongoing point of contact for these departments in connection with records retention issues.  In one case, Shannon coordinated the retention, collection and production of data related to over 400 custodians. She has been a Paralegal Manager, training and mentoring paralegals, law clerks and entry level attorneys by providing feedback on performance, best practices, problem solving and career development in a supportive, constructive environment to build confidence and skills. 

Shannon recently received a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
