Seminar Title: The Expert Witness

 

The Minnesota CLE is hosting an all-day seminar featuring legal industry experts addressing “cutting edge legal issues and advocacy tactics applicable to state and federal litigation." Cliff Greene chairs the seminar in addition to presenting on “Stop Me If you’ve Heard This One: A Rabbi, A Nurse and a Meteorologist Walk into a Courtroom” providing tips on effective presentation of expert testimony through storytelling. Anna Tobin will present on “The “Soft Sciences” in a “Hard Science” World: Presenting Behavioral Science Opinions under Daubert and Frye-Mack”. 

 

Cliff is a founding member of the firm and one of Minnesota’s most respected trial attorneys, regularly defending clients in high-profile claims. Anna is one of the newest members to the firm bringing in her experience clerking for judges and working as an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Commercial Litigation, National Courts Section in Washington, D.C. Cliff and Anna are members of the firm’s business litigation practice.
