Kubicz Hall speaks at IADC on attorney-client privilege in FCPA investigations

Peggy Kubicz Hall recently spoke at the International Association of Defense Counsel Mid-year Meeting on the topic of Protecting the Attorney-Client Privilege (And In-House Counsel) In Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Corporate Investigations. The panel discussion addressed investigation best practices and the need to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of all participants including in-house counsel, non-lawyer investigators, and forensic accountants to preserve the attorney client privilege. The program was sponsored by the International White Collar Defense and Investigations Committee on which Peggy serves as Vice Chair of Programming.
