Greene Espel congratulates Jeya Paul, Amran Farah and Davida Williams on their elevation to our partnership.

Jeya Paul brings extensive patent-litigation experience to our IP Practice. She has represented clients in patent litigation matters in district courts across the country and at the Federal Circuit. She also has experience with inter partes reviews at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to law school, Jeya spent several years at a major consulting firm, where she worked on and managed teams responsible for various aspects of software development.

Amran Farah represents and advises clients in an array of areas, including complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law, and internal investigations. She also co-founded Greene Espel’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practice, which provides consulting and training services to help clients create and sustain diverse and inclusive workplaces. She is the immediate past president of the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers.

Davida Williams began her legal career in New York City where she represented clients in complex litigation matters. At Greene Espel, she represents clients in a wide variety of commercial  disputes, including defending class actions and multimillion-dollar antitrust actions. The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota just appointed Davida to serve on the Merit Selection Panel to advise on the selection of a new U.S. Magistrate Judge.
