Sybil Dunlop will present and facilitate a discussion on “Fostering Diversity and Inclusion in Engineering and Leadership” at the Annual Meeting of the City Engineers Association of Minnesota. Sybil’s presentation will focus on Implicit Bias based on race, gender, disability, age, and sexual orientation as well as its impact on our professional lives. She will identify ways to recognize bias, discuss its implications, and offer best practices for creating an inclusive professional community. 

Sybil has written and presented nationally on the topic of implicit bias, as well as legal writing and federal practice. She offers her thoughts about the practice of law in a monthly column for Minnesota Lawyer entitled Sybil Procedure and hosts a recurring webcast series for Minnesota CLE. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups.
