Krueger presents at Minnesota CLE on antitrust issues in patent litigation

Beth Krueger presented at Minnesota CLE’s Antitrust Law Issues in Intellectual Property Litigation and Licensing seminar on May 25, 2011. Beth presented a talk entitled Antitrust Issues That May Arise in Patent Litigation. Her presentation focused on a discussion of Walker Process and Handgards claims and other claims that are commonly asserted as counterclaims in patent cases.
