Zhao serves as co-counsel on team that wins $10.94 million verdict

Kevin Zhao served as part of the trial team representing Koua Fong Lee in Trice v. Toyota Motor Corporation et al. The jury found that a design defect in Lee’s 1996 Toyota Camry was a direct cause of a 2006 crash that killed three and injured two. The jury awarded Lee, his family, and other crash victims $10.94 million in damages. Robert C. Hilliard of Hilliard Munoz Gonzalez LLP served as lead trial counsel.
