When: Thursday, April 28

Where: Virtual

Greene Espel attorney Holley Horrell will serve as a panel member for a Federal Bar Association Minnesota Chapter webinar, titled "Pre-Trial and Early Case Coordination: Multidistrict Litigation vs. Coordinated and Consolidated Class and Mass Actions," featuring Judge Donovan Frank and other leading MDL, class action, and mass action practitioners who will discuss the considerations that lead to some cases being litigated as MDLs and others as class or mass actions. Panelists will also review early case coordination strategies and the benefits and drawbacks of various procedures, including the recent trend of class action and mass action cases being filed in the same jurisdiction without triggering the MDL process.
