Client Win: Over One Million Suspected Counterfeit N95 Masks Confiscated by U.S. Marshals

The U.S. Marshals—working in conjunction with 3M—recently seized over a million suspected counterfeit 3M N95 respirators from a warehouse in Lexington, Kentucky. The warehouse, Old World Timber, was not an authorized dealer of the masks, and the U.S. District Court of Eastern Kentucky issued a temporary restraining order to stop Old World Timber from selling counterfeit products. The latest in a string of fake N95 confiscations, 3M has worked with law enforcement to seize over 41 million counterfeit N95 masks globally.
