Greene Espel attorney Holley Horrell will draw on her copyright and trademark experience to co-present “IP Odyssey” for the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association on June 18, 2026. This year’s panel will examine recent IP-related decisions regarding secondary copyright liability, human authorship, expert opinions on patent damages, and patent damages generally as well as an ongoing dispute involving brand protection for a major music star.
