Kate Hibbard Speaks at the Leadership Summit on Gender Equity in the Law

Greene Espel attorney Kate Hibbard provided remarks to kick off the Third Leadership Summit on Gender Equity in the Law—an event sponsored by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Attendees at the event included federal judges and leaders of Minnesota corporate law departments, law firms, public sector law offices, and bar associations. The event included a panel discussion with five distinguished general counsel, and remarks by The Honorable Chief Judge Tunheim, Chief District Court Judge for the District of Minnesota.

Kate is a trial lawyer who has achieved extraordinary results for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. She has represented clients in class-action lawsuits, actions involving personal injuries and wrongful death claims, as well as litigation involving shareholder and intellectual property disputes, antitrust and employment claims, special litigation committees, and business torts.  Kate has also represented clients facing governmental investigations involving the Federal Trade Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
