Theresa Green represents business and organizational clients across a broad range of complex civil litigation matters.
Before joining Greene Espel, Theresa clerked for The Honorable John R. Tunheim of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota—and brings her clerkship experience to her client advocacy. Theresa graduated, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she achieved Dean’s List honors each semester. During law school, she served as Note & Comment Editor for the Minnesota Law Review and was President of the Women’s Law Student Association.

True to her name, Theresa has a green thumb and loves spending her weekends tending to her botanical "children." She has turned her urban apartment into a lavish green oasis!
If being an attorney wasn't her calling, Theresa's dream job would be as a travel researcher for Rick Steves. One of her favorite recent excursions was a nighttime kiwi bird spotting tour in New Zealand!
An old soul, Theresa enjoys crochet projects, baking (and eating!) sweet treats, and cultivating her gnome collection. No day is complete without crushing the New York Times's Wordle!
