Farah Famouri, Jenny Gassman-Pines, and Davida Williams to Present at Minnesota CLE's 2025 Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute

Greene Espel attorneys Farah Famouri, Jenny Gassman-Pines, and Davida Williams will present at Minnesota CLE’s 2025 Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute, taking place Monday, May 19, and Tuesday, May 20. Davida will serve on a panel titled “Noncompetes and Nonsolicits – Real-World Strategies for Employer Counsel Amid Legal Uncertainty,” and Farah will co-present “From Free Speech to Due Process: What Public Sector Lawyers and HR Need to Know to Handle 10 Everyday Constitutional Issues.” Jenny will present the concluding plenary session “Beyond Belief – Addressing Religious Bias in Legal Practice,” which will examine how these biases emerge in legal practice, identify potential blind spots, and develop practical strategies to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all clients and colleagues.
