Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Investigations
We are repeatedly called upon to conduct timely and comprehensive high-stakes internal investigations through a DEI lens.
We help clients undertake investigations and assessments of both their organization and individual employee actions through the lens of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
We have conducted internal investigations for organizations assessing DEI complaints as well as negative social media feedback. We also conduct investigations preemptively, to help clients assess organizational culture and strategize regarding areas for improvement.
Our team of investigators are thought leaders in the DEI space—writing, speaking, and advising nationally on improving workplace diversity and creating inclusive cultures. We are also experienced investigators—we ensure that every interview leaves the participant feeling heard and understood. Finally, we focus every investigation on finding a way forward, so that our clients can emerge from the investigative process stronger than before.
